Mid-Day Dog Walker
Primarily Monday–Friday between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Walk dogs based on client schedules and route demands
Pet Care Specialist
Availability for weekends and select holidays
Multiple daily visits for pet sitting assignments
Morning, mid-day, evening, and late-night shifts supporting clients’ needs
In addition to these core roles, sitters may also provide maintenance, transportation, or medical services as part of their schedule. Scheduling flexibility allows sitters to build their hours based on personal interests and client demand.
Scheduling & Assignments
Sitters are matched with clients based on geography and availability, allowing us to maintain efficient routes and minimize travel time. Mid-day dog walkers typically build consistent routes with recurring clients, while Pet Care Specialists are assigned as primary sitters to families based on location and schedule fit. Whenever possible, we maintain continuity of care by pairing clients with the same sitter over time, with secondary sitters available as needed
Professional Expectations
Ally 4 Pets values reliability and commitment. While occasional emergencies are handled as needed, regular attendance and communication are essential — pets depend on their caregivers, and consistency is paramount.
Long-Term Commitment
Ally 4 Pets is committed to building long-term relationships with both our clients and our employees. This role is not intended for individuals seeking temporary, short-term, or transitional employment. Our clients rely on consistency and develop strong bonds with their assigned pet care professional; therefore, we prioritize candidates who are dedicated to providing dependable, ongoing care and who are interested in growing with our company over time.
Compensation
Sitters earn 50% of each completed visit, with typical visit rates averaging around $15/Visit. Payroll is processed semi-monthly, and direct deposit is issued shortly thereafter. As the company grows, so too can your earnings.
